    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Toll Free calls are now reaching our network and processing correctly. We will continue to monitor.
  • Time: Dec. 31, 2014, 5:15 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Inbound Toll Free calls are not currently reaching our network. We're working with our underlying carriers to identify and resolve the issue. Updates will follow.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All services continue to operate normally. Changing status to resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 21, 2014, 4:01 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: IP NOC reports all services have restored with the completion of splicing. All customers have been returned to their original path and confirmed restored as of 06:04 GMT. We will continue to monitor and update.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Monitoring is ongoing to ensure stability while the restoration work continues. Field Services informed that approximately 2,000 feet of cable has been pulled through but teams are unable to pull the remaining estimated 600 feet of cable due to an obstruction. Field Services will dig a slack pit to pull the remaining cable through. An estimated full restoral time remains unavailable.
  • Time: Oct. 20, 2014, 10:47 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: At this time, services have remained stable following the optimization of the traffic flow within the limitations of the reduced capacity. However, as there remains a risk for further impact, monitoring is continuing. Furthermore, we have been informed that the repair crew was able to verify one conduit to be usable and that teams have began pulling approximately 3,000 feet of fiber. An estimated full restoral time remains unavailable.
  • Time: Oct. 20, 2014, 8:52 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: IP NOC has optimized the traffic flow within the limitations of the reduced capacity due to the fiber cut. The investigation to isolate alternate routes for this impacted IP traffic is ongoing. Traffic impacted by this issue will remain unstable until the damaged fiber is repaired. A 5 foot section of cable will need to be replaced during the fiber repair. The replacement cable has been delivered to the failure site and an excavation crew has exposed the handhole closest to the damage. The Field Crew is now beginning to test and proof the conduit in preparation for the ensuing fiber repair. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as they become available.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Please note that we have received several report of Audio Quality issues. We have identified the source of the problem to be a fiber cut on the Level 3 network is impacting some of our customers. Additional updates will follow.
