    Status: Identified
    Update: ULC had identified the routing issue and is working to resolve. Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Dec. 20, 2015, 8:03 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Currently experiencing an issue where customers originating from Verizon and ATT cannot dial BluIP numbers. We have opened a ticket with our ULC to investigate.

  • Time: Dec. 20, 2015, 6:55 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: ULC has confirmed that calls are now routing as normal. Once we have an official RFO from the carrier we update you as necessary. If you have any further reports of issues, please open a ticket with BluIP Support at http://suport.bluip.com Again, Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Dec. 20, 2015, 5:33 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Carrier has notified us that the issue has been identified and they are working to correct call routing. Still no ETR. We will update you with more information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Dec. 20, 2015, 3:59 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: ULC is still trying to isolate and resolve the issue. We have not received an ETR from the carrier. Will update you as more information becomes available. Thank you for you patience.

    Status: Identified
    Update: One of our ULC (Underlying Carriers) is having an interruption of service. We are currently experiencing inbound call failures in multiple regional areas of the US. We have a ticket opened with the carrier; we will update you with any updates as they come. Thank you for you patience.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Customers are reporting that the downstream routing issue has been resolved. Customers are registering as normal. Please open a ticket at http://support.bluip.com for any further reports of issues.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2015, 7:36 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Issue has been identified as a major ISP downstream carrier issue and is not directly related to the BluIP Network. This outage is affecting internet routing for multiple customers across multiple ISPs (Internet Service Providers). We will continue to post any updates as they are available.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2015, 7:03 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: This has been identified as a non-BluIP ISP(Internet Service Provider) carrier issue. We are seeing issues from customers consistent with Comcast having problems reaching the BluIP network space. We encourage you to open tickets with your local ISP regarding this routing issue. We will continue to update with any further details.
  • Time: Dec. 15, 2015, 6:54 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently receiving multiple reports of registration issues in our Chicago market. We are currently investigating.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Carrier has cleared the outage; we should have an RFO within the next 5 business days. Please open a ticket with support with any further questions or concerns: [email protected]

    Status: Identified
    Update: One of our INBOUND underlying carriers is having a major outage to their Chicago NBS. This may be service affecting to to some customers. The issue has been identified and the carrier is working to restore service. Please open a ticket with BluIP Support if you have any questions at: [email protected]

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Jan. 10, 2015, 12:01 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Inbound calling is restored for most customers. We will continue to monitor and report any new developments.
  • Time: Jan. 9, 2015, 5:48 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A small percentage of our customers are experiencing problems with inbound calls from off-net. This is a major outage with one of our underlying DID carriers. We are working with them to have this problem resolved as soon as possible.
