Description: On August 14th, 2023 at 3:58 AM EDT, customers experienced delays in processing requests, delayed responses within the Platform UI, as well as errors such as 502s returned to API calls for repositories against the DEU Hub Cloud. Our engineers received alerts during this time and were actively investigating the issue. By following our standard procedures to reduce the overall load against the cloud, we were able to temporarily address the issue. At 4:47 AM EDT, customers started to see fewer errors and by 5:50 AM EDT, the full capacity of the cloud was available. Then at 7:55AM, customers began to see the issue again. At 8:47 AM EDT, customers started to see fewer errors and by 9:21 AM EDT, the full capacity of the cloud was available once again.

Description: On August 13th, 2023 at around 4:15 AM EDT, customers experienced delays in processing requests, delayed responses within the Platform UI, as well as errors such as 502s returned to API calls for repositories against the DEU Hub Cloud. Our engineers received alerts during this time and were actively investigating the issue. The issue was addressed by following our standard procedures to reduce the overall load against the cloud. At 4:49 AM EDT, customers started to see fewer errors and by 5:20 AM EDT, the full capacity of the cloud was available.
