The issue was quickly identified and a fix has been implemented. Services have been restored and our Engineering team are monitoring to ensure there is no further service interruption.

    Update: An incident occurred that affected the following services: Concierge, Copilot Console, Dev Platform and LiveChat. The issue was quickly identified and a fix has been implemented. Services have been restored and our Engineering team are monitoring to ensure there is no further service interruption.
