    Status: Resolved
    Update: A security patch mitigating CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046 was released yesterday and applied to our systems today. Capacity's Analytics features have been re-enabled. Thank you for your patience!
  • Time: Dec. 13, 2021, 5:14 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: With the advent of the recent Log4j2 vulnerability announced last Friday (https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-44228), we've determined that the software powering our Analytics is potentially at risk. So we are taking action by temporarily disabling all customer access to Analytics until a security patch has been released for it and our systems have been updated. This will not affect analytical data as metrics will continue to be collected. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide updates as the situation develops.

  • Time: Nov. 29, 2021, 8:29 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: An upgrade to one of our internal databases that went smoothly in our pre-production environments caused a short outage of our chatbot service across all interfaces (Concierge, MS Teams, Slack, etc). The issue has been resolved and all services are back online as of 2:25pm CST.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Helpdesk and Knowledge Base were receiving intermittent errors for a period of ~10 minutes.
