Updates on the Azure outage can be located here: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status Your dashboard is inaccessible at this time and your endpoints will hold any file changes in a local cache which will be uploaded to the vault when the service has been restored.

    Update: The Red-US dashboard is currently offline.  While your dashboard is inaccessible at this time, backups and previously running restores will continue without issue. Our Operations team is currently investigating the cause of the issue and working towards resolution.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Carbonite Backup for Microsoft 365 service in the France data center was not able to kick off the new backup/restore jobs for some customers between 13-Jul-2022 and 15-Jul-2022. This was caused by unexpected behavior by the scheduling process for backups. Carbonite is working to adjust the services to avoid this unexpected behavior in the future and also add additional monitoring for the services.
