    Update: The dashboard query issue that was causing system slowness has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor performance to identify any other lingering issues caused by the launch of the new CareerPlug ATS.

    Update: We are working to resolve a query issue that is causing intermittent slowdowns on the CareerPlug ATS. We will update this status as soon as we have an ETA on a final resolution for this issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Amazon has resolved most of the underlying problems with their AWS S3 service. CareerPlug's ATS and Onboarding platforms are now fully operational. We apologize for the errors today, and we will continue working to provide the level of redundancy needed to ensure that CareerPlug's critical application servers can continue working at maximum efficiency regardless of the status of third party services.

    Update: Amazon's latest update from 2:52 PM CST reads as follows: "We are seeing recovery for S3 object retrievals, listing and deletions. We continue to work on recovery for adding new objects to S3 and expect to start seeing improved error rates within the hour." For CareerPlug users, this means that app.careerplug.com will continue to see intermittent errors and slowness. Users can also expect issues uploading new files to the system until the underlying issue with S3 is resolved.

While we have not received official word from Amazon that the underlying issue has been resolved, CareerPlug's service is currently functional. You may still experience issues with icons and images loading properly. This issue has caused widespread outages across the internet today, beginning at approximately 11:38 CST.
