Description: We scaled services to handle extra load which taxed our scaling service database to the point where new services were having issue coming up. We have since upgraded our scaling service database to better handle the need to scale up further.

Description: Auto scaling of a service that powers the API left things in an unstable state due to a bad configuration. We reversed the bad configuration this morning and are taking steps so a bad configuration does not get deployed like this again.
