Neon Pay - Payment Processing Outage
Description: Our partner payment platform had downtime that resulted in Neon Pay being unable to process requests to tokenize payments from 4:41:39 PM CST to 4:45:03 PM CST on Sept 18. During this 32 merchants were affected and unable to process payments. The issue has since been resolved.

These issues only seem to be affecting the most recent version, API v2.8, and can be avoided by including the header NEON-API-VERSION: 2.7 when sending requests.
