    Update: After extensive monitoring all insights are calculating as expected and no further issues or delays are present. This issue is fully resolved.

    Update: A fix for the issue has been released and insights are calculating once more. A small percentage of insights are still failing to calculate each cycle, resulting in a processing delay of approximately 15 minutes for insights experiencing calculation issues. We expect this behavior to diminish and are monitoring closely to ensure a complete resolution.
  • Time: Oct. 17, 2023, 11:25 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue that began at approximately 22:15 UTC preventing insights from calculating as expected. New insights related to upcoming weather conditions are not evaluating and any related alerts are not sending. Already identified insights and alerts are still in the system and working as expected, only newly calculated insights are affected. Lightning alerts are not affected. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working on a fix.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After monitoring, METAR and TAF updates are processing as expected. This incident is resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2023, 4:05 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The METAR and TAF data feed has been restored and we are seeing updates in the platform more as expected. We are continuing to monitor and review to ensure a complete resolution of the issue.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2023, 3:30 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with an upstream data source that provides updated METAR and TAF data for airport locations, beginning at approximately 15:05 UTC. Existing METAR and TAF data in the platform is still available, but updates past 15:05 UTC may be sporadic until the connection is restored. Our engineering team is reviewing the issue now.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The upstream data outage is now resolved, and flight tracking and ground movement are once again available in the platform.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2023, 9:58 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2023, 9:58 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with an upstream data provider that is affecting Flight Tracking and Ground Movement information in the web application. Flights are not currently visible on the map view, and toggling the feature on and off has no apparent effect. We are monitoring the situation, and once the data feed is restored we should quickly see a restoration of service.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has been resolved and all severe weather event notifications for moving assets are once again sending to affected trucks.

    Update: We have identified an issue affecting monitoring and alerting for moving assets, such as trucks, within the Tomorrow.io Weather Intelligence Platform. Trucks that enter a posted Severe Weather Warning may not be alerted as expected.
