    Status: Resolved
    Update: Starting on 3/29/2021, 1:44 AM Central, through 3/29/2021 11:15 AM Central, Copado customers on our Google Cloud Platform backend experienced issues that prevented the use of Copado functionality. This issue was caused by new instances created using auto-scaling. Our engineers were able to determine the source of the issue and modify the process for creating new instances to prevent this from occurring in the future.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This Priority 1 issue has been confirmed resolved, but there is still slight performance degradation that is currently under review.

    Update: The issue now looks to be resolved, and we are actively monitoring all sessions.

    Update: The origin of the problem has been identified, and the issue is currently being worked on.

    Update: Copado is currently working on an issue causing the jobs to be stuck in Sending Callout. This is affecting different jobs like commit, promotions, deployments, metadata refresh, etc You can see "Sending Callout" message in the screen or, if you are deploying, the deployment status will not change from Scheduled. Deployments created from the promotion record will remain in status Draft and the deployment step will not be created. This known issue will be updated as soon as we have more information.

    Update: We can confirm that DNS for copa.do is now back on line and fully propagated.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Registrar authority for Nic.DO finally fix their database, and now they are propagating the right DNS servers and expiration date.

    Update: We are continuing to work with Nic.DO to fix the data inconsistency.
