    Update: Salesforce has identified an issue with Salesforce files. During this time, clients may experience inability to read or write files and attachments. Copado customers might not be able to commit, or promote or refresh cache in the org credentials. This is only affecting some instances.     Status: Resolved
    Update: After our provider corrected the issue, we notice a dramatic decrease in the number of timeout errors. All operations should be back to normal, but we will keep monitoring closely the traffic to prevent another anomaly.

    Update: We have isolated the incident to intermittent network failures and are working towards minimising the impact on our API

    Update: For approximately the past 1 hour, we have noticed an increased error rate in the platform. This is affecting all our api, particularly the ones affected with authentications and org credentials. We are working with Heroku Support to identify and resolve the issue, and will notify any update on this.

    Update: Our systems appear to be operational, and taking the backlog of tasks assigned. We will continue to monitor the situation.

    Update: Approximately 30 minutes ago, Copado started experiencing shortages due to a Heroku incident: https://status.heroku.com/incidents/1892 We are contacting their tech support to restore Copado to operational service promptly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Starting on Thursday 10, 16:25hs UTC up until 18:44hs Copado experienced network issues that affected our ability to validate or re-authenticate org credentials. Our engineers started mitigation efforts eventually reduced the effects of those failed http requests.
