    Update: At 2 May 2019, 20:05 UTC, Displayr stopped working due to a Microsoft Azure outage (see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-au/status/history/). The problem was resolved by Microsoft at 21:05 UTC.

    Update: At 2 May 2019, 20:05 UTC, Displayr stopped working due to a Microsoft Azure outage (see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-au/status/history/). The problem was resolved by Microsoft at 21:05 UTC.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Microsoft have restored our services. We still don't know why they shut us down, nor do we know why they couldn't give us substantive updates during the day. We will be asking them. Technical details: Microsoft disabled our Azure subscription for 11 hours and 20 minutes. We spent most of today standing up new deployments on a different subscription, which is why partial services were available.

    Update: There is a technical problem with Microsoft Azure, which hosts our online software. Microsoft are aware of the problem, but have not provided any indication of when it will be rectified as yet. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing you. Currently embeddings and images do not work. We are continuing to investigate and find workarounds for this issue. Visualizations that were last calculated more than about two months ago will say "An error occurred while loading the data for a visualization. Please refresh your web browser". You will need to click the Calculate button to get them working again.
