    Update: We are having issues with some stores mostly located in NOAM and LATAM regions. The store changes may not be saved in the Admin or reflected on the Storefront. We’re working on the issue’s fix urgently and will keep you posted here. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) and the store changes that were made and saved previously are safe and intact. It will be possible to save the changes as usual once the issue is fixed. We are sorry for this downtime. The next update is in 15 minutes.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring the results. If you still see the Unable to connect to your Facebook page error message, please force catalog sync in Ecwid Admin. For that, do the following: 1) From your Ecwid admin go to the Facebook tab; 2) In the Your Published Products section click View Issues; 3) Click Force Catalog Sync; 4) Wait a few moments for the sync to be finished. After that, the error will disappear and the sync of the products will be restored.

    Update: Some merchants who use our Facebook Shop feature might see the following error in their Ecwid admin: “Unable to connect to your Facebook page.” Important: the stores are still connected to Facebook. This error is an interface issue. Also, the issue affects product sync. It means the newly made changes in your Ecwid catalog are not currently syncing to Facebook. The products that were synced before this error are still available in your Facebook Shop. The affected store owners also received an email notification about the same error. Our developers are on it. And we already found the cause of the issue. We are currently preparing the fix. Workaround: force catalog sync in Ecwid Admin. For that, do the following: 1) From your Ecwid admin go to the Facebook tab; 2) In the Your Published Products section click View Issues; 3) Click Force Catalog Sync; 4) Wait a few moments for the sync to be finished. After that, the error will disappear and the sync of the products will be restored. This issue does not anyhow affect Ecwid stores’ data (orders, products, customers, etc.) — all your data is safe and intact. Your Ecwid storefronts are up and running, your customers are able to view products, add them to the shopping cart, and pay for an order. We are sorry for this problem. We’ll be posting updates here.

    Update: The Square team has resolved the issue based on their <a href="https://www.issquareup.com/incidents/06zffytdqjdz">Status page</a>. You should now be able to accept online payments with this gateway in your store.

    Update: This message is for Ecwid store owners who use Square for accepting online card payments in their online stores. Square is experiencing a service disruption. Your customers may see a frozen page when they click on the "Pay" button on your site. We are on it and urgently looking for a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The Square payment button will be well-functioning when the fix is released by the Square team. If you’re using other payment methods (together with Square), your storefront displays the “Checkout” button and your customers are able to checkout and pay. In case Square is the only payment option, customers are unable to proceed to checkout. You can use the following workaround: 1. Disable Square in your <a href="https://my.ecwid.com/#payments">Ecwid Control Panel > Payment</a> ; 2. If possible, enable any other payment methods available in your country: https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003449720-Payment-options-by-countries 3. You can send manual invoices to the customers: 3.1 Add a manual (offline) payment method ( <a href="https://support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004557549-Manual-offline-payments-in-Ecwid">Instructions</a> ), named e.g. “Invoice”. 3.2 Once you receive an order, you can email the customer and attach the invoice. It affects some specific Ecwid users (not everyone is affected). We are very sorry about this issue! We already investigating the issue to fix it as soon as possible.

The Square accounts are not accepting any transactions and Square accounts were disconnected from Ecwid stores with no ability to reconnect.
