    Update: Deployment topology and configuration updates as well as creation of new deployments currently impaired in Azure johannesburg (azure-southafricanorth) region. Availability of deployments in that region is not impacted. Our team has identified a connection issue in the administration component towards one of its state stores and is working on restoring connectivity. We will provide an update within 1 hour.

    Update: The team has applied a patch to mitigate the connectivity issue. Affected deployments returned to a healthy state. We are currently monitoring the situation.

    Update: Elastic is aware of an ongoing AWS EC2 networking issue in the us-east-1 region (use1-az2 zone). Elastic customers may experience issues with creating new deployments or scaling up existing deployments in the us-east-1e availability zone. We have not yet seen any evidence of existing deployments being negatively impacted in the us-east-1 region. Elastic will provide updates as AWS updates their incident.
