Description: As of yesterday evening (31st of July 2023) we have deployed further fixes which have improved the speed of processing dramatically, and seen the number of items in the queue restored to usual numbers. Learners should no longer experience any bookmarking delays, and all existing releases, as well as brand new releases, will bookmark as expected.. As part of the work needed to resolve this, there was a short period of time (1 hour and 11 minutes), between 16:50 (UTC) and 18:01 (UTC) on the 31st of July, where no additional events were able to enter the queue. Consequently, while the impact of this issue remains relatively minimal, there are some additional considerations: - The in-app audit trail will not show events for this period. - Course and page thumbnails may be temporarily out of date. This should rectify itself as changes are made and thumbnails regenerated. - There may be a delay in Collaboration and Reviewer comments being shown - this should also rectify itself over a short period of time. - Learner numbers will not include learners who took the course during this time. Anyone who uses xAPI data should rest assured that this was not affected in any way, and your LRS will have the most up to date information. Similarly, the Your Data information available in the app will not be missing any information. A full Root Cause Analysis will be completed shortly, and will be available upon request. We once again apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
