    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have experienced a problem affecting bookmarking for approximately an hour, between 10pm BST and 11pm BST on the 31st of August. Learners leaving courses during that hour may not have their bookmarks fully restored if they return. The problem was caused by an AWS networking issue outside of our control. Our engineers were paged and were working to resolve the issue. We apologise for any disruption caused.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: At approximately 10pm last night a small proportion of servers went offline. Replacements were automatically created and there is no further impact. A small proportion of learners may have seen an "Gateway Timeout" error when trying to take a course. No data was lost and everything was resolved without intervention after a few minutes.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Update: We are currently experiencing slower than normal loading times in parts of our service. This may cause certain Authoring actions, API calls or Learning load times to be slower than normal. The team are aware of the issue and working to get the service back to normal speed asap.
