    Update: We are aware that some users are currently having issues saving text containing special characters. We apologise for any inconvenience being caused by this, and are working to resolve it as soon as possible

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've been monitoring the issue over the weekend and have seen no recurrences. We now believe this issue to be resolved.
  • Time: Oct. 22, 2021, 3:30 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: At approximately 2pm today we experienced a problem with 2 of our servers that affected a proportion of our authoring traffic. The effect was that some pages were unavailable for short periods. Normally failing servers like this are removed from our load balancers automatically by an automated AWS process, but in this instance this process failed. We are continuing to investigate what might have caused this automated AWS process to fail, and in the mean time we will be monitoring our load balancers closely for the next few working days to ensure that we do not see a recurrence. We apologise for the disruption caused to your business by this issue.

Learners were able to access courses as normal, and authoring was unaffected.
