Description: Eway experienced an unexpected disruption to our Rapid API payment service due to an issue with one of our upstream providers. This issue primarily impacted merchants Australia wide that use an acquiring bank supported via the Cybersource bank connector. Cybersource have confirmed that some services were impacted between 6:24am and 6:52am on the 17th January 2024.
