    Status: Resolved
    Update: We were having issues again despite investing significantly in an upgrade. We've now moved all workloads to a queue system, meaning that data will be put into a backlog & processed as fast as possible in the event of a huge amount of traffic. Outage was not the same as last week and only impacted < 0.01% of traffic. Again, sorry for the incidents here.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Ingest is back online and the application appears to be stable again. We'll continue monitoring. Please accept our apologies for the problems here. We have prototypes for our new ingest which we will be putting in to place in the coming months to ensure this will never happen again.
  • Time: April 4, 2024, 3:26 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're temporarily taking ingest offline as we rebalance our database. Won't go into technical details here but it should allow faster re-balancing.

    Update: We are mostly stable but slow, however, we are seeing some requests drop and are therefore marking all areas as having a partial outage. Our apologies, we are working on restoring stability.

    Update: We are currently experiencing a slowdown across our application. We are actively investigating but the application will be slow across the board whilst we deal with this influx of reads/writes.

    Update: Thanks for your patience, the dashboard is now functioning as expectded. For those of you following the updates here, please know that we have plans to improve the stability of performance in the near future.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Dashboard is now out of maintenance mode. We wanted to perform an update to see if it would help. Performance is slowly returning to normal but, ultimately, we have to wait for these email reports to finish. We're so sorry for the inconvenience here.

    Update: The email reports will be finished soon. We've been working on splitting them out and are now going to move it back to top priority. We have grown rapidly and the email reports workload needs to be migrated to its own database server to run. We will be working on that this week.

    Update: Following an update, our database is going incredibly slow whilst performing email reports. This has impacted the database and ingest. We expect things to return to normal soon.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The dashboard will be slow for a little while because we've just launched a new dashboard, along with new feature & queries that our database hasn't seen before, and it will take a few hours for our database to learn the new query patterns we are sending it. We expect degraded performance for a little while and then things will get faster soon.

    Update: We are currently performing a migration of some database rows. This is causing an unexpected slow down across the application. We are 15 minutes into the migration and we believe it will finish within the next 15 minutes. If it doesn't, we will cancel the migration and perform it another time. We apologize for the degraded performance.
