Description: This incident has been resolved. Greet and Checking in customers manually have returned to normal. Earlier today we started observing issues between one of the services in Greet and Cashier 2.0 and our authentication service. This service is used to look up customers which affects the ability to search for customers from either Greet or Cashier 2.0. In order to resolve the issue, we fixed the communication issues between our systems and our authentication service, at which point search functionality was back online. We are investigating the root cause of the issue to ensure it is prevented from happening again.

Description: As of September 28th 2022, Flowhub Greet and Stash mobile applications have been upgraded to being available via the Apple App Store. If you are unable to access Greet or Stash this is likely due to an outdated version of the application and you will need to update your applications by downloading them from App Store. You will need to make sure that you have an Apple ID to download the applications. For more details: https://help.flowhub.com/en/articles/6503332-download-greet-and-stash-from-the-apple-app-store
