Description: This incident has been resolved.
Status: Resolved
Impact: None | Started At: May 31, 2022, 11:45 p.m.
Description: On May 2, 2022 at 11:09 PM MT, Flowhub deployed some feature updates to Flowhub Classic \([pos.flowhub.co](http://pos.flowhub.co)\). One of these updates was to connect FHC to our Elastic stack for performance monitoring. Under load, it became apparent that the performance monitoring connection was creating slowness in the FHC application. This slowness was first reported by our customers at 10:45 AM MT on May 3. At 11:25 AM MT, Flowhub restarted the FHC pods with updated configuration to disable the Elastic connection. This operation completed at 11:29 AM MT, at which point the slowness cleared and the incident was resolved. Next steps: The Flowhub engineering team will work with Elastic on ways to connect to their application without causing performance issues.
