    Update: We've identified the cause of the errors and have released a preliminary fix. We are seeing machines API error rates decrease. We are continuing to assess.

    Update: We're investigating an increase in Machines API operations like machine creations and starts/stops, affecting some apps and Fly builders.

    Update: A change was deployed around tracking status codes but it incorrectly handled the case where a 201 was written and then later a 200 would overwrite it. The change has been reverted back to the original/correct behavior.
