    Update: The cause of the error messages was identified and a quick fix was implemented by our Developers. All functionality has returned to normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
  • Time: Aug. 2, 2022, 6:10 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are seeing reports of some users who are experiencing an error message when attempting to log in, or when navigating within the application. Our own internal testing indicates this is not affecting all users. We will update once the root cause is identified.

  • Time: July 18, 2022, 2:23 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: On July 7th at 10:50 AM Eastern, we suffered a temporary issue for around 30 minutes that affected merge request processing. Our logs indicate that very small percentage of merge requests were affected during this time (less than .34% of requests). We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working toward building a solution that will solve the issue permanently.
