Description: We have an update for iOS 16.4.1 related issue that is preventing you from using Geopointe Check-Ins within Salesforce Mobile. The current issue is preventing the check-in process from working as intended. When attempting to locate the device while checking in, some users have reported experiencing a screen freeze and grayed-out display. Earlier today, Apple has released iOS 16.5 and Salesforce has recommended to apply this update to resolve the issue experienced within Salesforce Mobile. Upon successful upgrade to iOS 16.5, please verify that location services is enabled for Salesforce Mobile on your Apple mobile device. Description: Beginning Sunday, March 12, marker icons stopped appearing on the map and appeared as broken images in the Legend and Mapped Data table. We had previously identified this issue as an intermittent problem affecting a subset of customers, and this occurrence was wider spread. The problem was traced to our server, and we resolved the issue within an hour of the development team being alerted Monday morning. We intend to improve our response time in the future. We are currently exploring better alarm notifications as well as the reasons for the failure in the first place. If you are still experiencing this issue, please send an email to [email protected].
