Description: We have resolved an issue with GoGuardian Admin, GoGuardian Teacher, and GoGuardian Beacon, in which users may have experienced trouble with monitoring student devices and data between approximately 12pm ET and 2pm ET. The issue was related to an outage involving a third party service provider combined with a GoGuardian service also experiencing issues during this timeframe. Description: We have resolved the issue involving creating new URL blocking rules within GoGuardian Admin, which users may have experienced between 8AM Pacific and 9:30 Pacific. Service has been fully restored. We apologize for any trouble caused by this issue.

Description: We have resolved an issue which occurred between 3pm PDT 5/2/24 and 10:15 PDT 5/3/24, which resulted in increased reports of trouble accessing specific custom group links within GoGuardian Admin.
