    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've identified the root cause and will fix this in a future release. There is a workaround logging out and back in with your CLI if you run into unexpected errors. If you're using `vlt`, then run `vlt logout` and `vlt login`. If you're using the Terraform HCP provider, then delete your `$HOME/.config/hcp/` which will prompt you to log back in on your next run.
  • Time: Jan. 11, 2024, 6:57 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We've found a known bug in which HCP CLIs after one hour of inactivity fail to reauthenticate and refresh. To circumvent this bug, try logging out and logging back in again if you receive unexpected error.

    Update: These systems should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Engineering team has resolved an issue where a small percentage of new accounts created on the HCP Portal would be unable to get passed the email verification page. Users who were impacted should now be able retry and should be able to properly log onto HCP. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.
