    Update: Our Engineering team has resolved the following issue: An availability outage affecting some HCP Vault clusters in the Azure Central US region These systems should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.
  • Time: April 23, 2024, 9:33 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Our engineering team is investigating an availability outage affecting some HCP Vault clusters in the Azure Central US region. We have identified a corresponding Azure Central US region incident as the cause and we are working towards a resolution. Once we have additional information, we will share another update.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has been resolved. Customers with a GitHub App who may have been impacted can retry now that the incident has passed by pushing a new commit.

    Update: Fix is deployed and we are currently monitoring.

    Update: GitHub App webhooks are not currently being processed. We have identified a fix and are in the process of remediating.

    Update: Our Engineering team has resolved the issue affecting user's ability to view their billing information in the portal. These systems should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.

    Update: Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue with viewing billing information in the portal. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our engineering team is investigating an issue affecting customer's abilities to view their billing information in the portal. During this time, users may see an error message indicating that they can't view their most recent billing usage, and may be unable to perform other billing related tasks. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.

    Update: HCP Boundary Maintenance is still ongoing and is expected to complete in 1 hour 00:30 UTC. During this time, HCP Boundary sessions may disconnect unexpectedly, but reconnecting will be possible. We will continue to post updates as necessary throughout the maintenance period.
  • Time: March 27, 2024, 8:30 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: HCP Boundary will undergo emergency maintenance on 27, March, 2024 beginning at 20:30 UTC . We expect this maintenance to be complete within three hours. During this time, HCP Boundary sessions may disconnect unexpectedly, but reconnecting will be possible. We will post updates as necessary throughout the maintenance period.

  • Time: March 25, 2024, 8:48 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Terraform Cloud engineers deployed a routine database migration that renamed an unused column. While the engineering team believed the change to be safe, it resulted in application errors during the deployment window. During this time there was an increase in error rates and latency. The issue has since been resolved.
