    Update: This incident was resolved on 10/28/2022.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor the fix that has been put in place. Our support team is standing by for any customers still experiencing this issue. A post-mortem will be released no later than end of day today.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. All inventory should be reflected correctly, and fulfillment processes should be ready to pick back up. We will update as we learn more.

    Update: We are currently seeing an issue with incorrect quantity counts of on-hand inventory for some Infoplus clients. As far as we can tell, this issue is only affecting the Item table and Inventory table. We are working on the issue and will update this status page as we have more information.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Users may need to log out and log back into their app in order for the fix to take effect.

    Update: An issue has been identified with the mobile apps within Infoplus. No issues have been reported against the desktop application. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as we learn more.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: Our service portal provider has implemented a fix and is reporting that issues are resolving. We will continue to monitor and will update as we learn more.

    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue has been identified with the Customer Support portal. This issue impacts your ability to submit tickets and receive updates from our Customer Support agents. We are working with our service portal provider and will update you are soon as the issue is resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We are seeing decreased error rates when attempting to buy labels through the UPS/UPSMI API.
  • Time: Sept. 29, 2022, 7:53 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are continuing to monitor the UPS/UPSMI rating API and will provide more updates as error rates lower. No other carriers/services are affected.
  • Time: Sept. 29, 2022, 5:02 p.m.

    Update: An issue has been identified with the UPS/UPSMI rating API which is causing some customers to receive error messages when attempting to ship via UPS or UPSMI. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update as soon as the error rates lower. No other carriers are affected.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. After provisioning our newest web server, all alarms have returned to green and all servers have become stable. We will continue to monitor the situation.

    Update: We are monitoring our logs and traffic while investigating reports of AWS outages.
