    Update: DHL eCommerce is back up and running.

    Update: Infoplus has been notified that the carrier DHL, specifically the eCommerce service, is currently down. No other carrier services are affected. During this outage, users will not be able to rate shop or generate parcel labels from DHL eCommerce.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: March 27, 2023, 5:52 p.m.

    Update: We are currently investigating this issue.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Update: We are aware that our ticketing software has encountered an issue where it's unable to recognize preexisting users of Infoplus and is automatically rejecting any submissions. We have the ability to manually reopen said tickets after that automatic closure and are notified. We recommend submitting tickets as usual and ignoring any of the follow-up tickets HubSpot will send you notifying you your ticket has been closed. Additionally, users have the ability to 'appeal' a ticket closure; these appeals are also unnecessary and users should feel free to ignore that option as well.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Infoplus has received notification from our partner Shopify that this incident has been resolved. We will continue to monitor for any future changes in this area.
  • Time: Feb. 18, 2023, 1:22 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Infoplus is experiencing an issue when importing orders from Shopify. Specifically, users who are importing orders from Shopify where the orders are missing Shipping or Billing Addresses may encounter the following errors: "JSONObject["shipping_address"] is not a JSONObject" or "JSONObject["billing_address"] is not a JSONObject". We would like to clarify that this issue only occurs for orders in Shopify and only when the Shipping Address and/or Billing Address fields are empty. If you're not importing orders with these empty fields, then this issue will not affect you. Our team is actively investigating this issue and working to identify the root cause of the problem. We believe that this is due to a change in the Shopify API, but we want to ensure that we have a clear understanding of the issue before we provide any further updates. We understand that this issue may be causing inconvenience and concern for some of our clients. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

    Update: The situation has been fully resolved and all systems are functioning as normal.

All orders are queued up and flowing into the system; users do not need to push orders a second time. If you have any processes that aren't back online, please reach out to our support team with the process number.
