    Update: Due to an issue with a third-party provider, Imperva is currently experiencing service degradation affecting a subset of PoPs in the APAC and US regions. As a result, some customers may be encountering intermittent packet loss and/or higher-than-expected latency. Our teams are actively working to resolve the issue and are closely monitoring the situation to ensure stability. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

    Update: Service for the JNB PoP has remained stable and functioning normally. At this time this incident is being considered resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are continuing to monitor in order to ensure that service has returned to normal. Imperva investigates and attributes a status to all detected events that may or may not affect availability of the service. In the event of a service disruption, the update will include potential impacts to any affected region.

    Update: We have discovered a service degradation that is affecting the Johannesburg, South Africa (JNB) PoP, which may result in customers experiencing a loss of connectivity, intermittent packet loss and/or higher than expected latency to services.
