Description: The Kindful team is currently working on updating our integration with Square. At this time, we are marking this incident as resolved and will be reaching out to all affected organizations with next steps. As a reminder, organizations that use Square are still able to use it to process donations, but will need to manually enter those transactions into Kindful while the integration is being updated. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this interruption has caused.

Description: Between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM EDT, we experienced a partial service outage resulting in some users experiencing intermittent error pages throughout the Kindful application. The issue was identified and resolved at 1:00 PM EDT and users should no longer see any degraded performance. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, please contact [email protected] with any other questions.

Description: All processing for July 27th and 28th completed successfully and all recurring transactions will reflect the appropriate payment date. We have a fix in place for ensuring future recurring processing runs as expected and do not anticipate any more delayed recurring transactions.
