  • Time: Oct. 13, 2023, 10:13 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Kindful team is currently working on updating our integration with Square. At this time, we are marking this incident as resolved and will be reaching out to all affected organizations with next steps. As a reminder, organizations that use Square are still able to use it to process donations, but will need to manually enter those transactions into Kindful while the integration is being updated. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this interruption has caused.
  • Time: Sept. 20, 2023, 9:01 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are continuing to investigate the syncing issues with our Square integration. At this time, transactions are still able to be processed using Square, but may not appear in Kindful. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption has caused and will be providing another update soon.
  • Time: Sept. 19, 2023, 4:22 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with Kindful's integration with Square which is preventing transactions made via Square from displaying in Kindful. At this time, transactions are still able to be processed using Square and we are actively working towards a resolution for these syncing issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption has caused and appreciate your patience as we work to get this issue resolved fully and quickly.

  • Time: Sept. 8, 2023, 6:45 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: At this time, Quickbooks has marked this incident as resolved and the fix that they issued has proven successful for many of our customers. If you continue to have issues involving the QuickBooks Desktop Certificate, please contact [email protected].
  • Time: Aug. 23, 2023, 6:23 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Quickbooks has reported an issue where customers are receiving a certificate error when attempting to connect to third-party integrations: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/. Unfortunately, this has affected Kindful customers with Quickbooks Desktop integrations. If you are getting a "QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate" error when attempting to sync Quickbooks Desktop with Kindful, please refer to the following support article from Quickbooks/Intuit: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/web-integration/fix-error-quickbooks-application-revoked/L6Y849bKg_US_en_US and please contact [email protected] with any additional questions or concerns. Our team will continue monitoring this issue and will post any updates here.

  • Time: Aug. 1, 2023, 6:05 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM EDT, we experienced a partial service outage resulting in some users experiencing intermittent error pages throughout the Kindful application. The issue was identified and resolved at 1:00 PM EDT and users should no longer see any degraded performance. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, please contact [email protected] with any other questions.

  • Time: July 28, 2023, 7:47 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: All processing for July 27th and 28th completed successfully and all recurring transactions will reflect the appropriate payment date. We have a fix in place for ensuring future recurring processing runs as expected and do not anticipate any more delayed recurring transactions.   • Time: July 28, 2023, 4:27 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to work to resolve the issues with connectivity as soon as possible. At this time, recurring donations have successfully processed for July 28th. Please contact [email protected] with any additional questions.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to see connectivity issues this morning resulting in a delay to recurring transaction processing for July 28th. All recurring transactions on July 27th processed successfully and recurring donations being created and processed today will not experience any disruption. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide frequent updates. Please contact [email protected] with any additional questions.
  • Time: July 27, 2023, 9:57 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We identified the cause of the connection issues and implemented a fix. The recurring transactions scheduled to process today ran successfully around 5:30 pm EST and we anticipate tomorrow morning's scheduled recurring transactions should run without issue. We will monitor in the morning to confirm and will provide an update.
  • Time: July 27, 2023, 9:01 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Today, July 27th, we experienced connectivity issues that resulted in a delay to recurring donation processing. All recurring transactions that were set to process July 27th will be delayed until the evening of 7/27 or potentially tomorrow, July 28th. All transaction data will be retained and all payments will still be processed. If we do not find the root cause of the connectivity issues tonight, tomorrow's recurring transactions may be delayed as well and we will post updates here tonight and tomorrow morning as we learn more.     Status: Resolved
    Update: The Zendesk status page has confirmed their issue has been resolved, and we're seeing normal functionality return with Kindful's chat feature.

    Update: The application used for Support chat for the Kindful application is currently experiencing another outage. This is a partner application, so we will be monitoring their status and will post an update once they confirm that they have functionality restored.
