  • Time: July 6, 2022, 4:50 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This morning the Kindful engineering team identified a few recurring transactions that had still not processed. A solution was created and executed, thereby ensuring all automatic recurring donations have been processed since the start of the root issue (July 3, 2022). We are now considering this issue resolved.
  • Time: July 5, 2022, 11:29 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We received an alert around 1:30pm EST that some customers were not seeing their recurring transactions come into Kindful beginning on July 3, 2022. After an initial assessment, we determined that this is most likely affecting all Kindful customers and KFT users that have recurring transactions scheduled for July 3, 4, and 5. After this assessment, we triggered the majority of those transactions to run between this afternoon and this evening. Any transactions have haven't been resolved by tomorrow morning will be manually triggered, ensuring that no transactions are lost as a result of this event. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this page once all transactions have been confirmed as completed.

    Update: The source of the issue has been identified and a potential fix is being tested for implementation. For anyone continuing to have issues with creating and editing report templates, we recommend downloading and using an alternate browser like Firefox or Safari.

    Update: We’re currently investigating reports of an issue that involves creating and editing report templates in the Kindful app. This issue appears to affect users attempting to create or edit a report template on the most recent version of Chrome (version 102, released 05/25). We've had reports but have not yet confirmed that the issue also exists in Firefox. We are not aware of any issues with the Safari browser. Our engineers are working on a fix. In the meantime, if you're experiencing this problem, please try downloading and using an alternate browser like Firefox or Safari.
