Description: Date: Tuesday, April 27, 2022 Title: Kindful Events Issue On Tuesday, April 27, 2022, shortly after the Kindful team rolled out changes for Kindful Events, we became aware of an issue which affected customers who tried to change their event’s ticket type from an unlimited status to a limited status and back to unlimited. Upon discovery of this issue, the Kindful Engineering team was able to quickly identify the cause of the problem and resolve the issue. We apologize to any users that may have been affected for any inconvenience that was caused.

Description: **Date:** March 16, 2022 **Title:** Temporary Kindful CRM Outage On March 16 2022, a service outage to the Kindful CRM occurred during a deployment. This temporary outage lasted from 9:25 - 9:36 am EST and affected all site activity to the site during that time period. Affected services include external APIs integrated and the Kindful CRM. The Kindful engineering team was able to identify the error immediately and manually implement a fix. This incident lasted for ~11 minutes from outage to implementing a fix. **Next Steps:** Kindful is investigating how we can alter our deployment process to reduce the likelihood of instability in the future.

Description: Date: January 19, 2022 Title: Temporary Service Outage On January 11 2022, the database server for Kindful experienced degradation and was restarted, resulting in a temporary outage from 3:40pm EST to 3:49pm EST. This impacted the Kindful CRM and its users during the window of the temporary outage. Next Steps: Bloomerang is assessing the approach used to correct the database server degradation in order to prevent future service outages.

Description: Kindful's MailSync integration was restored to full functionality at approx. 2pm CST and has continued to function without further interruption.
