  • Time: July 31, 2024, 7:44 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Our teams were alerted to an error impacting users ability to log on to Lever starting at approximately on July 22nd at 5:45 AM PT and ending at 6:15 AM PT.  Our team quickly identified an issue related to an expired certificate for a Lever sub-domain resulting in errors for users when attempting to log in. The team restored the updated certificate and was able to resolve the issue.  In order to mitigate future recurrence of the issue we reviewed the maintenance script updating the certificate and noted in some edge cases the expired certificate was not updated to the updated certificate as expected. Our team adjusted the maintenance script and processes to correct and mitigate this issue from recurring in the future.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue where users received an error when logging into Lever.co that was affecting customers has been resolved. The incident occurred from 5:45 AM to 6:15 AM. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed.

    Update: A fix has been implemented for the issue causing the log on error. Customers should now be able to log on. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting users ability to access Lever. Users may may not be able to access Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Our teams were alerted to an outage impacting users ability to access Lever at approximately on July 19 at 9:45 PM PT and ended at 10:30 PM PT.  Our team quickly identified an issue related to an expired domain resulting in users unable to access the site. We were able to re-enable the domain resolving the issue. In order to mitigate future recurrence of the issue we reviewed all our domains/sub-domains to ensure they are set to an auto-renew policy to avoid recurrence of the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue where users were not able to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred from 9:45 PM until 10:30 PM PT. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to our Support team should any additional assistance be required.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting all users ability to access lever. Issues impacting Lever were noticed around 9:45 PM PT. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Update: The issue where interviews were showing error banners has been resolved. The incident occurred from 10 am PDT on 7/11/2024 - 7am PDT on July 17.     Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting scheduled interviews. Issues impacting scheduled interviews were noticed around 10 am PDT on 7/11/2024. Users may see an error symbol or a red banner on their scheduled interviews. This error message is a visual bug and should not actually affect any scheduled interviews. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Update: The issue with delays to data populating in our data warehouse affecting Visual Insights, Data Explorer, and Snowflake Data Sharing (SDS) has been resolved. The incident occurred from 6/26/2024 12:34 pm PDT to 6/27/2024 2:18 pm PDT.     Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've noticed a delay in 'opportunity_form_field_values' data populating in our data warehouse, which is affecting Visual Insights, Data Explorer, and Snowflake Data Sharing (SDS). We have identified the issue, have the solution, and are actively monitoring the progress. We will provide another update when a fix is in place.

  • Time: July 25, 2024, 9:12 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Starting on June 10 at 12:30 PM ET users began experiencing intermittent issues with users not being able to search. This issue recurred on June 11, July 8 and July 9 lasting between 1 and 10 hours in each instance. The last incident was resolved on July 9 at approximately 10:45 PM ET. Users experienced the following issue on the dates mentioned above:   * Could not search candidates and/or saw this error “candidate counts and some search/tagging features are temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few minutes”  We resolved the search issues described above through the following fixes:  * Fixed a defect that resulted in large numbers of unnecessary queries  * Optimized search query performance  * Separating search queries and removing unnecessary re-querying of data  * Removing unnecessary data from search results  * Optimized search indexing performance  * Performing indexing in bulk  In order to mitigate recurrence of the future we deployed the fixes described above in addition to establishing enhanced monitoring to proactively address these issues should they arise again in the future.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Starting on June 10 at 12:30 PM ET users began experiencing intermittent issues with users not being able to search. This issue recurred on June 11, July 8 and July 9 lasting between 1 and 10 hours in each instance. This issue is now fully resolved. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to our support team if any additional assistance is required.
