    Update: The recent issue with ServiceNow has been resolved, and services have been fully restored. Our partner identified and rectified the issue, ensuring all systems are now running smoothly.

    Update: We have identified the issue with our software vendor. A resolution is underway and as soon as we confirm services have been restored, we will provide an update. If you need to reach out to the Mission Support team, please send your requests to [email protected].

    Update: We have identified an issue with one of our software vendors, ServiceNow, that is impacting Mission and Mission Control. We are investigating and will provide updates as they become available.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We have observed that one of our pods serving our API appeared to fail an internal health check. For a brief period of time, the health check did not result in failure resulting in API calls being forwarded to an unhealthy pod which resulted in intermittent errors. The pod has since been replaced with a new healthy pod and we are no longer seeing degraded performance. Mission will be monitoring for the next 15 minutes to ensure stability.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This is to inform you of an issue that affected Mission Control. Please be aware that data displayed in Mission Control Scorecards was incomplete or inaccurate over the last 24 hours. Affected Services: Mission Cloud Score Potential Impact: Discrepancies or gaps in Mission Cloud Score data displayed inaccurate Scorecard calculations. Estimated Time of Interruption: The microservices outage occurred from 9:45 AM January 3rd until 9:45 AM January 4th. The issue was corrected and new data is currently populating to Scorecards and should be complete by 1:00 PM Pacific Time on January 4th. Cause of the Interruption: An internal microservice became inactive due to a failed data store. Security and Privacy: Your information remains secure and protected, as safeguarding your data is always our top priority. Our Response and Actions Our technical team inspected our microservices and detected the impairment of a service. The team has released a deployment to resolve inaccurate data and generate updated Mission Cloud Scorecards, and those will populate over the next 3 hours to restore full functionality to the affected services. We will continue to monitor for any additional anomalies as a result of this microservice failure and have already implemented a fix to prevent this in the future.
