  Update: This incident has been resolved. Our partner has restored service to normal levels so there is no need to manually update to Olive Helps v0.32.5 to fix the issue, but it still recommended to update to that version using the normal update process.

  Status: Identified
  Update: There is a new version of Olive Helps available (v0.32.5) that will get users past the login problem. If you are on Olive Helps version earlier than 0.32.2 then you should see an update message in the sidebar that will update you to this new version. If you are on version 0.32.2 or higher, then you MUST go download the new version to pick up the fix because the auto-update capability doesn't work in this version if you aren't logged in. Please go to the follow and download the correct version of Olive Helps for your operating system, and just replace your existing installation. https://oliveai.com/providers/helps - Go here to install the Olive Helps 0.32.5 update that will enable you to log in Also note that you will experience heavily degraded performance even with this version due to the ongoing issue with our partner's system. When you log in, it WILL take many seconds to complete. Please be patient and it will complete successfully. Once you are logged in, any loops you have installed should perform normally without degradation, but doing other things like browsing the loop library will still not provide an optimal experience.

  Status: Identified
  Update: We are still experiencing heavily degraded performance with anything that touches our Loop Library and our partner is investigating, and this is causing login problems. The updated ETA for the desktop application to be able to login again is now between 12:00 and 12:15 EST. You can expect another update from us in that time with instructions for installing the update.
• Time: Feb. 9, 2022, 3:59 p.m.
  Status: Identified
  Update: Our partner is working on the performance degradation on their end, and we've also identified a fix to work around the issue from the Olive Helps application itself. This will require a hotfix version of the desktop application (which will be 0.32.4). Users who are on a version of Olive Helps earlier than 0.32.2 will see an update message when that becomes available (hopefully by 11:45 EST) and can update to that version to be able to login. Users on version 0.32.2 or higher who still aren't able to login will be able to go download the new version when it's available and install that over their existing installation. We will update this status when the new version is available or when we hear more information from our partner.

  Update: All users are unable to login to Olive Helps because of a timeout caused by degraded performance with one of our back end third party components. We are working with them to address this and also investigating alternative solutions.
