    Update: The Citizen Services application has been operating without error in the Microsoft Azure environment for the last 15 hours. This incident is now closed.

    Update: The Citizen Services application is operating well within normal performance limits. We have validated with customers and they have also confirmed the system is operating properly.

    Update: Microsoft Azure services in the East region returned to normal service levels and we saw the Citizen Services search and performance issue go away at 7:30 AM PT.     Update: Microsoft had a repeat scaling issue in the East environment and OpenGov has chosen to move to West environment and now Citizen Services is operating normally. Below is the timeline of events: 6:34 AM PDT: Citizen Services performance returned to service 6:28 AM PDT: OpenGov redirected traffic to West region to return to normal operations 6:00 AM PDT: Microsoft reporting it was having a repeat of scaling issues in the East region 5:30 AM PDT: Re-open case with Microsoft 5:00 AM PDT: Performance issue reported

    Update: The global search feature has been returned to service as of 1:08 PM PT. Microsoft had an issue with its scaling service.
