    Update: Between 03/Aug/22 15:20 UTC to 03/Aug/22 17:47 UTC, some customers experienced errors using Atlassian products, including errors while logging in or being forcibly logged out. The root cause was a DNS service deployment in US East region, which caused widespread DNS lookup errors for a variety of Atlassian services including authentication services. We have rolled back the change to mitigate the issue and have verified that the authentication services have recovered. The issue has been resolved and Atlassian services are operating normally.
