    Status: Identified
    Update: Our third-party provider has identified a backend service that App Service relies on became unhealthy, which resulted in a decrease of availability for customers. This manifested in timeouts or high latency for resources in this region. To minimize the impact, they are still currently working to scale-out App Service instances. In addition, they are working with additional teams for other mitigation workstreams to quickly alleviate customer impact.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an application timeouts or high latency issue together with our third-party provider that affects a subset of Digital Experience Platform clients who are utilizing Azure App Service within North Europe region.

    Update: We have currently identified an external issue impacting our Configured Commerce (B2B) customers' ability to deploy across multiple environments. This issue impacts the build and deploy of new base or extensions code to B2B sites and does not affect normal operation of any B2B site. Some customers may see deployments stall or confirmation emails not delivered. Our infrastructure partners are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Updates concerning the situation will be provided on the Optimizely Status Page as they become available.
