    Update: Users hosted in East Coast US, has been successfully mitigated, and we are currently monitoring others.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently addressing an incident that has caused delays in reporting across our platform. Impacted users may notice temporary gaps in reporting metrics that refresh daily. This affects reports such as the Sales Execution Report, Team Performance, and Sequence Performance. We have identified the underlying issue and are actively applying a fix. We expect the data ingestion process to be complete within the next few hours.

    Update: This issue is now resolved. We identified connectivity issues between third-party internet providers and AWS between approximately 11:43 AM - 1:30 PM PT. Outreach has resources hosted in AWS. Because of these connectivity issues, a subset of Outreach users in affected regions may have experienced a range of issues in the Outreach platform, including logging-in, loading pages, and/or placing calls. We'll continue to monitor the situation. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket with Support at support.outreach.io.

    Update: We're continuing to investigate the issue. Retries loading platform pages may be successful. An update will be provided when a root cause is identified, or as events warrant.

    Update: We've identified an increase in resource consumption caused by a recent configuration change, and we're scaling our resources to mitigate impact.
