    Update: <big>As of February 1, 2024, Google and Yahoo are now enforcing new spam-prevention policies</big> At this time, Google’s requirements will only apply to messages sent to personal Gmail accounts and not Google Workspace Accounts, however Outreach recommends all email senders follow the <a href="https://support.outreach.io/hc/en-us/articles/20080406598043">Bulk Email Sender Requirements</a> to optimize deliverability results. If you have any questions, please create a ticket in our <a href="https://support.outreach.io/hc/en-us">Support Portal</a> using the subject line “Bulk Email Requirements” so that we can assist you.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue is resolved. After a period of observation, telemetry indicates all failed emails processed as of 9:44 AM PT, and all new scheduled and ad hoc emails are sending as expected. If you previously changed your "Require mailbox to be recently synced before sending" setting, you may now re-enabled this setting.
  • Time: Jan. 24, 2024, 5:21 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've implemented a fix and we're observing failed emails beginning to process. At this time, we're processing a queue of failed emails, and we'll continue to monitor the success of the fix.

    Update: We've identified the root cause of the issue and we're developing a fix. More information will be provided when the fix is in place.

    Update: We're investigating reports of users in app2c encountering issues sending emails from Outreach. Some users are seeing errors showing a mailbox sync error. Workaround: Impacted users are able to temporarily disable the Mailbox > Send Setting called "Require mailbox to be recently synced before sending" and retry sending the mail item. We're currently investigating the issue. An update will be provided as more information becomes known.
