    Update: This issue is now mitigated. Impacted users will need to reconnect to the Outreach API in Gong following <a href="https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360039024131-Outreach-API">these steps</a>. If you are showing as connected and you are still seeing errors, please remove the current connection and re-connect. Our Support team is here to help answer any questions at support.outreach.io.
  • Time: Jan. 22, 2024, 11:19 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are continuing to work closely with the Gong team on a fix. At this time, we anticipate a fix to be complete tomorrow, Jan 23, 2024. Workaround: In the meantime, the Outreach team has developed a workaround. Impacted users are able to re-connect to Outreach via the API in the Gong platform following <a href="https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360039024131-Outreach-API">these steps</a>. Please note, should you choose to re-connect to Outreach from Gong today, you will need to re-connect again once the fix is in place. An update will be provided on Jan 23, 2024 when the fix is in place, or as events warrant.

    Update: We've identified the root cause. We're working closely with the Gong engineering team on a fix. More information will be provided when it becomes known.

    Update: We are experiencing issues with the Gong.io integration for Outreach. Our engineers are currently investigating the case and actively looking for a solution.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our engineers identified an issue with the Team Performance Report and have released a fix for this behavior. This resolution is live in all Outreach instances as we're seeing this issue is fully mitigated.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some users may be having problems with the Team Performance Report not updating. Our engineering team is currently working with our partners to diagnose this issue. We will update again within the next hour.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Jan. 10, 2024, 5:33 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We performed a fix at approximately 9:00 AM PT to alleviate the queue of messages stuck in a "Sending Now" state. At that time, stuck emails began sending. We're continuing the monitor the success of the fix.

    Update: We're continuing to investigate the issue. This issue is impacting a subset of users in app4a, however some scheduled and ad hoc emails are sending as expected. We will provide another update when a root cause has been identified.

    Update: This issue is now resolved. After a period of observing telemetry, we see that all users are able to load to platform as expected.

    Update: We applied a configuration change which mitigated impact for most users, however users in app2a may continue to see intermittent increased latency when loading pages in the platform. We are applying an additional fix for app2a users, which we expect to complete within the next 1-2 hours. An update will be provided when the fix is in place, or as events warrant.

    Status: Identified
    Update: This issue may be intermittently impacting users in all production environments. Impacted users may be encountering errors or timeouts when attempting to load pages in the platform or place calls. Retries may be successful. We have identified a potential root cause, and we are applying a fix. An update will be provided when the fix is in place.
