    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We are currently working with our email service provider to resolve an interruption to outgoing emails. No emails are being delivered at this time. We've switched our message handling logic to default to text messages for patients to minimize interruptions and are working to restore email service functionality as quickly as possible.

    Update: Our backlog of queued up jobs has been worked through. We're continuing to monitor the performance to ensure stability.

    Update: Change Healthcare's real-time eligibility APIs are responding healthy again. We'll continue to monitor the eligibility results from Change.

    Update: Change Healthcare's real-time eligibility APIs are currently down. Pulling eligibility using a payer from Change will not respond at this time. We're working with Change Healthcare to get a timeline for when they'll return to normal operation.
