Description: Earlier this evening beginning at 2023-10-31 00:25 GMT, we began to see uptime checks intermittently failing against our SFTP endpoints. An investigation determined that one of the nodes taking SFTP traffic (for each environment) wasn't allowing incoming connections properly, forcing some SFTP clients to retry connection attempts. After determining the cause (a network component failure), we were able to repair the failed nodes and reestablish full SFTP connectivity. This partial outage started at 2023-10-31 00:25pm GMT and ended at 2023-10-31 01:29 GMT. This issue is now resolved, but we're still investigating the underlying root cause.

Description: We've resolved the problems with delayed SFTP upload processing. Several hosts dedicated to this task were unresponsive and not alerting properly. All delayed files have been processed for all customer at this point. We'll continue to monitor throughout the day.
