    Update: We've received multiple reports from customer that they can't authenticate through Single Sign-On properly. We've investigated and identified a release from this weekend that is the source of this authentication outage. We're in the process of reverting those changes and will continue to monitor access to the platform.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: During a routine deployment during off-peak hours, a simple change to our Production database caused several tables to lock for approximately 23 minutes, causing downtime for any users on the platform. This issue has been resolved at this point and we don't expect there to be any subsequent problems related to this. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will work on discovering and addressing root causes so this doesn't happen again.
