Description: This incident has been resolved, we've been monitoring closely for the last several hours with no subsequent Single Sign-On issues.

Description: During a routine deployment during off-peak hours, a simple change to our Production database caused several tables to lock for approximately 23 minutes, causing downtime for any users on the platform. This issue has been resolved at this point and we don't expect there to be any subsequent problems related to this. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will work on discovering and addressing root causes so this doesn't happen again.
