    Update: We observed connection errors in the Sandbox API. Our engineers are actively investigating this issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Payrix Engineering team has reverted their latest code release and we are now seeing transactions created as expected. We will continue to monitor this closely. Please input a Partner Support ticket if you are still experiencing any issues that seem to be related to this event.
  • Time: May 26, 2023, 1:06 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Payrix has started receiving reports of high amounts of transaction failures. Payrix engineers have assembled on a bridge and are actively investigating.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Payrix production portal is now restored as of 12:07 PM ET. We do not expect any further impact. Payrix engineers will be investigating the root cause of this issue.
  • Time: May 1, 2023, 4:04 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The Payrix production portal is currently unavailable. Payrix incident and engineering teams are currently engaged and investigating as a top priority. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: April 18, 2023, 9:40 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: AWS engineers have provided the Payrix engineering team with additional parameters to use within the AWS Data Lake environment to fully resolve this issue. The process is underway, and the AWS team believes this should be completed by tomorrow morning no later the 9:00 AM ET. Once all the data is synced, no further impact is expected. Payrix will be monitoring the environment closely and provide further updates if any there are any changes outside of what was presented.
  • Time: April 18, 2023, 6:36 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: AWS has informed Payrix that this is a broader issue within their environment. Their engineering team is continuing to work on this issue to fully resolve it as soon as possible. AWS engineers have provided Payrix with a workaround for this issue that we are currently reviewing. The next update will be provided within 2 hours.
  • Time: April 18, 2023, 4:24 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Payrix engineers have become aware of an issue impacting the AWS Data Lake. The current impact of this event is that the below Payrix reports that utilize the data lake will not have yesterday's data included. Transactions Detail Report Profit & Loss Statement Balance Detail Report Disbursement Summary Payrix engineers continue to work closely with the AWS engineering team to resolve this as quickly as possible. While there is no current estimated time to resolution, Payrix will provide an additional update within 2 hours.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Payrix has been informed by the VAP processor that a subset of transactions run between the times of 00:00 ET to 04:51 ET on Sunday March 5th may have failed due to connectivity issues. Please re-run any failed transactions that did not automatically re-try and succeed during this time window.
