    Update: This incident has been resolved and all order information is now syncing from PFL internal to Command Center.
  • Time: Aug. 12, 2019, 4:41 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Data synchronization between the PFL internal database and the Command Center database is currently delayed so customers will see "Processing..." in the order number column until the sync is running again; order status information in the Command Center is also impacted. There is no impact on PFL's ability to receive or produce orders, just a delay in the information being passed up to Command Center.

    Update: Backlogged statuses have been processed and order status feedback is flowing normally for all statuses to SFMC, including shipped.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Backlogged status updates are continuing to flow to SFMC. Please note that delivered statuses were not impacted or delayed, only non-delivered status updates (for example, shipped status) were impacted. A complete list of impacted customers is being compiled and will be delivered to CSMs.
  • Time: Aug. 12, 2019, 1:58 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: SFMC order statuses have been delayed due to a data issue blocking updates for all customers. While the bad data has been addressed and order statuses are now processing, the backlog of status updates means that shipped status for orders going out today will likely be delayed. We anticipate that all backlogged status updates will be processed by tomorrow.
