Please note that delivered statuses were not impacted or delayed, only non-delivered status updates (for example, shipped status) were impacted. A complete list of impacted customers is being compiled and will be delivered to CSMs.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: SFMC order statuses have been delayed due to a data issue blocking updates for all customers. While the bad data has been addressed and order statuses are now processing, the backlog of status updates means that shipped status for orders going out today will likely be delayed. We anticipate that all backlogged status updates will be processed by tomorrow.
