    Update: The database issue has been resolved. The full down time was from 8:22 AM to 8:42 AM MDT, 20 minutes, and as of now all systems are operational.
  • Time: June 6, 2019, 2:34 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: In addition, delivery notification to all platforms are impacted and will be delayed until the incident is resolved.
  • Time: June 6, 2019, 2:33 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.

    Update: We experienced a short outage of PMC around 10 am MST (5/28) due to a Production deployment that would have impacted all PMC customers. This outage lasted roughly 10 min and everything is back up and running as normal. We will continue to monitor but don't expect any additional impact.
